For steel coils, we expertly cut one large coil into smaller coils, perfect for seaport loading.
This is crucial for container shipping as each container typically cannot exceed 26 tons in weight, but
since each large coil weighs approximately 28 tons, it is essential to cut them into smaller coils.
Furthermore, forklifts at seaports usually handle 7-10 tons, making it easier to load into containers,
hence each large steel coil is usually divided into three smaller coils. For bulk vessel shipping, the
coils need to weigh under 18 tons, often requiring a large coil to be split into two smaller coils.

Transform open flat coils into premium steel plates.
For ultimate application, it's necessary to flatten the coils and precisely cut them into steel plates, so
we expertly flatten the coils and cut them into plates to the exact sizes required. To optimize loading
into 20-foot containers and save on costs, we cut lengths under 5800mm, with common dimensions being
2440mm and 5800mm, and width options of 1220mm and 1500mm. Post cutting, we can apply a layer of
black paint on the plate surfaces to provide superior anti-rust protection.
