Cut large coils into small coils.
We offer the service of cutting large steel coils into smaller sizes for seamless loading at seaports;
this is due to container shipping constraints, where each container typically cannot exceed a load of 26 tons, while
each large coil generally weighs around 28 tons. Hence, it's customary to divide one large coil into smaller coils,
considering that fork-lifts at the seaport usually handle weights of 7-10 tons. To facilitate easy container loading,
each large steel coil is generally segmented into three smaller coils. For bulk vessel shipments, there is often a preference
for coils weighing under 18 tons, necessitating the division of a large coil into two smaller coils, ensuring optimal handling.

Open flat coils into steel plates.
For final utilization, coils need to be unrolled and cut into steel plates, which we adeptly perform,
flattening the coils and slicing them into plates per specified dimensions. To minimize loading expenses,
we use 20-foot containers, thus limiting plate lengths to under 5800mm, typically customized to lengths of
2440mm and 5800mm, with widths commonly set at 1220mm and 1500mm. Post cutting, we enhance the plates with
a protective black paint finish, offering an anti-rust safeguard to maintain impeccable surface quality.
