Products Description
Hot-dip galvanized pipe is to pickle the steel pipe first to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe. Then, it is cleaned in the mixed aqueous solution tank of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to the hot dip plating tank. The steel tube substrate undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions with the molten plating solution to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube substrate. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.
Galvanized has stronger protective effect and strong corrosion resistance. The whole structure is made of zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal, which forms a barrier on the steel plate, thus effectively preventing the penetration of corrosion factors.

4.) Leak plating and repair Leakage plating The total area of the leakage surface of galvanized parts should not exceed 0.5% of the total production area. The area of each leakage plating surface should not exceed 10cm2.

Visual inspection Visually inspect all galvanized parts, and their main surfaces should be smooth, free of drips, roughness and zinc thorns, no peeling, no missing plating, and no residual solvent slag, in parts that may affect the use or corrosion resistance of galvanized workpieces There should be no zinc nodules and zinc dust.2.)
