Hot-dip galvanized pipe is to pickle the steel pipe first to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe. Galvanized has stronger protective effect and strong corrosion resistance. The whole structure is made of zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal, which forms a barrier on the steel plate, thus effectively preventing the penetration of corrosion factors.

1.) Visual inspection Visually inspect all galvanized parts, and their main surfaces should be smooth, free of drips, roughness and zinc thorns, no peeling, no missing plating, and no residual solvent slag, in parts that may affect the use or corrosion resistance of galvanized workpieces There should be no zinc nodules and zinc dust.
2.) Thickness inspection When the size of the article allows, the thickness measurement of the coating shall not be carried out in the area less than 10mm from the edge, the flame cut surface or the corner. The coating thickness is defined by the minimum value of each local coating thickness measured.
3.) Thickness measurement position The local thickness of the coating shall be measured at the point where the coating thickness is at its thinnest possible.
4.) Leak plating and repair Leakage plating The total area of the leakage surface of galvanized parts should not exceed 0.5% of the total production area. The area of each leakage plating surface should not exceed 10cm2.Galvanized steel pipe application:
